CHAD1000X: Standing Together for Suicide Awareness

CHAD1000X: Standing Together for Suicide Awareness and Prevention

Last Saturday, we united for CHAD1000X—a worldwide workout originally created to honor U.S. Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson and raise awareness for veteran suicide prevention. Every year, CHAD1000X is performed globally, with participants completing 1,000 box step-ups (often with a weighted pack) to symbolize the mental health burdens that many veterans carry.

At MethodX, we adapted this workout as a community fundraiser to support suicide awareness and prevention. All proceeds from this event will go directly to the Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) to support their vital work, and all donations are tax-deductible.

Lea has consistently ranked in the top 3 for Switzerland and Mexico in the CrossFit Open over several years.
